We recently learned that we are among an elite group of eight providers who have won the Best of Print & Digital® Award. And it’s all because of your confidence in us, and your loyalty.
On January 11, Butler Street announced the award winners. Butler Street is a leading provider of client loyalty research and retention programs. The Best of Print & Digital® is an annual program that identifies companies that have provided the very best service delivery to their customers over the past year. Results are collected through independent survey research that is performed by Butler Street for the print and digital industry. The winners of the 2017 Best of Print & Digital® Award were announced in conjunction with NAPCO Media, Printing Impressions, and Print+Promo. The full news release may be read here. This award is so meaningful to us because it is based wholly on our Net Promoter Score® (NPS). NPS is a management tool used to measure the loyalty of a company’s customer relationships, and it is considered by many to be the industry standard.
So it’s you, our customers, who have given us this extraordinary distinction. Awards based on product quality are one thing, but awards based on customer opinion are far more valuable to us.
