To our customers and partners;

The Coronavirus has disrupted life as we know it. This is a very fluid and dynamic situation unlike any we have seen in recent history. At Cooley Group, we are taking the actions necessary to do our part in containing its spread via social distancing. Our employees are working remotely whenever possible and while there are a lot of unknowns in the world right now, we’re going to keep things running as normal as humanly possible. We’re keeping regular business hours. We will advise further if that changes and we, like most, are closely following the actions and recommendations of the CDC, The WHO and state and federal governments.
We are in regular contact with our suppliers. Other than hand sanitizer and branded toilet paper (yes, we have that too) we’re still able to produce all of the innovative branded ideas you normally expect from us. So, if there’s anything you need please don’t hesitate to reach out to us… and for any projects that we’re currently working on together, everything is still on schedule.
If your business requires any changes to current/open projects we will work with you in partnership to make any necessary adjustments — and do so as cost effectively as possible.
While no one really knows how long this crisis will in fact last – weeks or perhaps even months – there is widespread belief that some type of normalcy will resume in the not so distant future. Many businesses will be tasked with quickly re-energizing their business models, re-activating impacted programs, and creating new efforts to ignite their brand awareness and business. Should your business be temporarily impacted by recent events, now is the time to start planning for a speedy recovery. With the potential for a business and consumer demand surge post virus containment efforts, Cooley Group stands ready to bring our expertise and supply chain management capabilities to create unique solutions that are ready to go whenever that time comes.
Times like this require partnership. We stand ready to help you manage through both these challenging times and the brighter days that will inevitably follow.
In the meantime, stay safe, stay healthy, protect those around you that are at the highest risk…and don’t forget to wash your hands.

Best,

Phil Yawman
