WE CAN WORK MIRACLES!
Late on a recent Friday morning, one of our Brand Consultants received a panicked call from a customer who had an event at 9:00 AM the following day ( Saturday!), and had forgotten to order any sort of promotional item. So they called their “miracle worker”.
In conjunction with one of our vendors who offers 2 hour delivery on a select few items, the Brand Consultant was able to design the artwork, enter the order, and follow it thru production and shipping. Perhaps most importantly, we were able to negotiate the UPS system and insure early AM delivery. The job delivered at 8:37 AM…event saved…and our Brand Consultant was elevated to hero status by the customer.
